• Clean condensate drains & treat with algaecide
• Lubricate motors & blowers, if needed
• Inspect belts, pulley wiring & controls
• Check pressures & overall equipment operation

Service Maintenance Agreement @ $185.00 per year for one system

• Provide washable filters
• Included in ‘Priority Customer List'
• Guaranteed service within (24) hours during regular working hours
• Parts & labor billed at ‘Preferred’ customer rates
• No service charge
• 10% Off Repairs
• Emergency service is available at our regular company rates
